Return & Cancellation Policy

At FUNT Robotics, we strive to provide the best possible service and maintain a fair, transparent return and cancellation policy for all customers.

Damaged / missing parts

  • If you receive a damaged product or missing parts, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • After verification, replacement or missing components will be dispatched within 10 working days.
  • Claims are not accepted for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or negligence.

Exchange requests

  • For exchange requests, a complete unboxing and testing video must be shared.
  • The video should clearly show the issue from package opening to product testing.
  • Resolution (replacement/return) will be decided by our team after review.

Usage, installation & transit

  • FUNT Robotics is not responsible for improper installation or incorrect product usage.
  • Customers must ensure correct electrical connections and polarity while handling electronics.
  • FUNT Robotics is not responsible for damages caused during shipping or transit.

Mismatch reporting

If the product does not match the website description, inform customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation & refund conditions

  • Cancellation/refund requests are considered only before order shipment.
  • Once shipping is initiated, cancellation or refund is not possible.
  • All return/replacement/cancellation decisions are subject to FUNT Robotics discretion.
