At FUNT Robotics Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Online & Offline Courses

Before Course Access — 100% Refund Eligible

A customer is eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
  • The course has not started.
  • No course license key has been assigned or activated.
  • No chapter, lesson, or learning content has been accessed.

If all the above conditions are satisfied, the refund will be processed.

After Course Access — No Refund

No refund will be provided if any one of the following has occurred:

  • The course has started.
  • The student has accessed even a single chapter, lesson, or video.
  • A license key has been assigned or activated.
  • Digital course materials have been delivered or made accessible.

Since our courses contain digital educational content, they become non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Robotics Kits & Physical Products

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once the shipment has been initiated or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • Once the shipment has been initiated or dispatched, refund is not possible.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or videos for verification. Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement or other appropriate support.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refund requests will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 working days from the date of approval. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

In case of duplicate payment or technical error, please contact us at support@funt.in.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Activated course license keys
  • Digital course content already accessed
  • Downloadable resources
  • Recorded sessions
  • Shipped physical products (except verified damaged or incorrect items)
